Universal Healthcare

November 13th 2007 19:17
I'd really like to see some comments on this issue. Do you think we should have universal, free healthcare in the United States? Why or why not?

I am all for this. I know - I know - I'm going to hear all sorts of stuff about SOCIALISM! But, think about it... we have a lot of social services. We have public schools, public law enforcement, public fire departments, public libraries. Why shouldn't we have public healthcare?

Please post your comments, I'd really like to hear what others think about this.
